Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (Contract)

Compensation: up to $45/hr DOE

We’re seeking a strategic Sourcer to help lead high-stakes vendor relationships across Legal, Finance, IT, and HR for one of the world’s most recognized tech companies.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead sourcing strategy across priority spend categories
  • Own contract renewals, negotiations, and vendor performance
  • Facilitate risk and compliance reviews during vendor onboarding
  • Drive cost savings and long-term value through smart, scalable deal structures
  • Act as the sourcing voice across legal, finance, ops, and senior leadership
  • Keep workstreams clean, clear, and moving — no chasing required

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

  • 5–7+ years leading sourcing or category strategy in a global or matrixed org
  • Strong experience in SaaS / IT / enterprise vendor landscapes
  • Pro at balancing speed, clarity, and precision with complex stakeholders
  • Confident communicator who knows how to influence without fluff
  • Familiar with security reviews, risk compliance, and onboarding flow
  • Financial acumen — understands how sourcing hits the bottom line

Our startup client is in need of a Senior Account Executive to join their team! This Senior Account Executive role will be fully remote. 

This Senior Account Executive will be responsible for: 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client sites
  • Understanding customer needs and pain points to offer tailored CRM software solutions
  • Conducting product demos and presentations to showcase CRM software capabilities
  • Identifying and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, support) to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Hosting monthly webinars, research and participate in events across your focused industry
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Flexibility to travel and thrive in a start up like environment where processes keep evolving

To be considered for this role the successful Senior Account Executive has: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven sales experience (5-7 years) in SaaS CRM sales or related software sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex CRM software solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience of selling to healthcare or education domains is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, or similar

Event / Office Coordinator

Role: Event Coordinator / Office Coordinator

Job Type: Part Time, Freelance to Full-Time

Rate: $32/hr. – $37/hr. (DOE)

Location: On-site in Midtown South, NYC

Duration: Mon – Thursday 8am/3pm, ongoing contract role

Our client is in search for an Office Coordinator to join their team! This is an on-site role. This company is growing and they are looking for someone to assist with events and office duties. 

The primary responsibilities for this Office Coordinator role are: 

– Ensuring that when people arrive, they are met with professionalism

– Must be on top of supply stocking and working with vendors to place orders

– Facilities management/operations to ensure building maintenence is kept up with

– Be engaging and professional

– Looking for someone that is able to take on more as the company grows 

– Coordinate aspects of local event planning and execution

– Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events

– Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and guest management to ensure a positive experience for all attendees

The ideal Office Coordinator has: 

– Ideally some facilities management/operations experience 

– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors

– Flexibility to work evenings

– Certification in event planning or hospitality management is a plus

– Experience with Service Now is a plus but not a requirement
