A leading promotional products and custom apparel company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality, on-brand visuals for client projects, custom designs, and marketing materials. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director and sales team to bring concepts to life, ensuring all artwork meets production standards and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design custom artwork for apparel, promotional products, and client branding projects
- Create vector-based illustrations, logos, and layouts from concept to final print-ready files
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to interpret client briefs and deliver revisions
- Ensure all designs are production-ready (correct file formats, color modes, and specs)
- Maintain brand consistency across diverse client projects
- Support marketing initiatives with digital and print assets as needed
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 5+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing custom branding, apparel design, and promotional products
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with production teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Must be able to work in-office in Tulsa, OK
