Position Summary   

Our Recruitment team is responsible for connecting candidates with a wide range of opportunities and clients from freelance to full-time and startup to enterprise. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll partner closely with our clients to identify top creative and marketing talent, build lasting relationships and provide the very best candidate experience.    

Responsibilities  

  • Recruit candidates using a variety of techniques to attract top talent for open roles within the creative and marketing space including but not limited to Designers, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Copywriters, Project Managers, etc. 
  • Review a high volume of applicants through various sourcing tools and methods including but not limited to job boards, referrals, meetups, networking events, and community outreach.  
  • Pre-screen new candidates, conduct resume and portfolio reviews, review job preferences, process walkthrough, and ensure candidates are informed and ready for placement.  
  • Work with internal Account Executives throughout the job lifecycle while providing the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with a sense of urgency when responding to all candidate and client needs. 
  • Work closely with candidates to understand their goals and provide industry insights. Consult on salary expectations, resume and portfolio updates, and how to best market themselves. 
  • Stay organized and plan daily activities to ensure goals, benchmarks and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.     

Key Experience & Skills  

  • A solutions-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude. 
  • 1-2 years professional work experience within the fields of recruiting, sourcing, or interacting directly with marketing/creative clients.
  • Excellent project management and time efficiency skills, willingness to learn, takes accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS, as well as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.

  • Negotiate pricing, business terms and execute client contracts. 
  • Work with internal Recruiters throughout the job lifecycle while providing the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction. 
  • Stay organized and plan daily activities to ensure goals, benchmarks and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.  
  • Attend networking events, ongoing education opportunities, and stay up to date on industry and hiring trends.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with our Recruiting team to develop detailed candidate profiles needed for our client’s open roles and source potential candidates based on specific skills and requirements. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will interact with a high volume of creative and marketing talent, build lasting relationships and provide the very best candidate experience.    

Responsibilities  

  • Source potential candidates within the creative and marketing space using professional networks and tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, Behance, Monster, etc.  
  • Review a high volume of applicants for talent pipeline through various sourcing tools and methods including but not limited to job boards, referrals, meetups, networking events, and community outreach. 
  • Pre-screen new candidates, discuss job preferences, capture data, conduct process walkthrough, and send follow up emails.  
  • Work closely with internal Recruiters to understand current needs, future openings and shifting priorities.   
  • Build and maintain exceptional candidate relationships throughout the sourcing lifecycle and work with a sense of urgency when responding to all candidate needs.  
  • Conduct check-ins and gather assignment feedback for candidates active on assignment.   
  • Stay organized and plan daily activities to ensure goals, benchmarks and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.  

Key Experience & Skills  

  • Ideally 1+ year professional work experience within the fields of sourcing, or interacting directly with customers/clients. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service mindset.  
  • Strong project management and time efficiency skills, willingness to learn, takes accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
