Job Title: Motion Designer

A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Motion Designer with a clean, modern aesthetic to support their growing design team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and produce motion assets for digital products and web experiences
- Create UI motion, micro-interactions, transitions, and animations
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and creative partners
- Translate static designs into refined, intentional motion
- Ensure motion improves clarity, usability, and overall experience
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 4+ years of motion design experience
- Strong portfolio showing UI motion and digital product work
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects
- Experience collaborating with designers and engineers
- Strong understanding of timing, easing, and interaction principles

- Have experience in fintech, enterprise, or complex platforms

- Think strategically about motion, not just execution
This role starts freelance 40hrs a week and is intended to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
