A fast-growing startup is hiring a Senior Account Executive with experience in the healthcare sector to drive new business and expand client relationships. This fully remote role is focused on selling CRM software solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect new leads and generate outbound opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective and existing healthcare accounts
  • Deliver tailored CRM product demos and presentations based on client pain points
  • Identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities to boost revenue
  • Hit or exceed individual revenue and sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and support teams for aligned sales strategies
  • Track market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs
  • Host monthly webinars and participate in targeted industry events
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership
  • Travel occasionally and thrive in a startup culture

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

  • 5–7 years of proven success in SaaS/CRM software sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
