What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect new leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective and existing healthcare accounts
- Deliver tailored CRM product demos and presentations based on client pain points
- Identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities to boost revenue
- Hit or exceed individual revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and support teams for aligned sales strategies
- Track market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs
- Host monthly webinars and participate in targeted industry events
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership
- Travel occasionally and thrive in a startup culture
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 5–7 years of proven success in SaaS/CRM software sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Deep understanding of CRM software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
